Return and Exchange Policy
Waqar Company is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for its valued customers and always strives to ensure their complete satisfaction. In accordance with the provisions of the Saudi Electronic Commerce Law issued by Royal Decree No. M/126 of 1441 AH, its implementing regulations, and the Consumer Protection Rules issued by the Ministry of Commerce, we outline our return and exchange policy below.
First: Right of Return
The customer has the right to return the product within a period not exceeding seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused and the price tags and labels must still be attached.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging, undamaged.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be attached when requesting a return.
The product must not be among the excluded products listed below.
Second: Right of Exchange
The customer has the right to exchange the product within a period not exceeding seven (7) days from the date of receipt in the following cases:
The customer wishes to change the size or color (subject to availability).
The product arrived defective or different from what was ordered.
There is a manufacturing defect or damage before use.
Third: Products Excluded from Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Products from which tags or labels have been removed.
Products made or modified to order.
Products that are explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Fourth: Return or Exchange Procedures
To submit a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:

Provide us with clear photos of the product and your purchase invoice or order number.
Await team approval and shipping instructions within 24-48 business hours.
Ship the product in secure packaging and send the tracking number to the team.
The store reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost and issue appropriate compensation.
Fifth: Refund
If your return request is accepted, the refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Banks and credit card companies may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the order was requested at their own request (the product is not defective).
In the event that the product is defective or incorrect, Waqar will bear the full shipping costs.
